In other words, you might want to select paper that not just contains recycled content, but that minimizes other impacts on the environment, as well. That might be paper that has a high percentage of PCW, is elemental or process chlorine-free, whose manufacturers use "carbon neutral" processes (their carbon emissions are offset by carbon credits), or that has been produced using practices that reduce pollution (Green Seal) or that use renewable energy sources (Green-e).
