Gov. Jan Brewer wants to use Arizona's federal stimulus money to help offset rising tuition rates, but warned the state's universities that they will have to work to keep college affordable as well.
Speaking to the Arizona Board of Regents in Tucson on April 30, Brewer told the universities that she wants them develop a "sustainable business model for higher education" by fall 2009.See the full content of this document
