Summary
I was sitting with my first cup of coffee of the day one morning in May when I was surprised to spot a red fox and her pup trotting across my back yard. As I tried to get my eyes to focus, to make sure I was seeing things correctly, another adult and another pup came out behind my yard barn. Now, seeing wildlife behind my Warrick County home near Newburgh is not all that unusual. I saw one red fox about a year ago, and there are often deer strolling around.
