Steven McCray, of 1251 Webster Avenue, the Bronx, was charged with one count of Forgery in the 1st degree, one count of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the 1st degree, and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd degree. All of those crimes are Class C felony offenses punishable by a maximum sentence of up to 15 years imprisonment on each count.
