Fit at 40

Staying in shape was something I took pride in as a young officer. I have worked to maintain it. This article is for the officers who need to get back in shape. I have had many friends who have not made it past five years in retirement before they died due to heart disease, and I don't want other officers to go down the same path.

The main thing to keep in mind is that you can't just do a diet or a workout....
