Summary
Lockart, whom some of you know is deputy chief of police for RTA, sued the village and Mayor Yolanda Broadie in 2007, claiming that Broadie's actions forced him to resign in 2006.
What got Lockart on the wrong side of Broadie was his support of two White Woodmere police officers whom Broadie fired.
