Summary
[Bill Wheeler] has been writing musicals for children for the past 25 years and has had plays produced in New York City as well as surrounding areas in New York. Wheeler directs the summer children's program at the Waterfront for the third consecutive year. He has appeared locally at the Waterfront Playhouse. Wheeler co-wrote the children's musical "Conched!," which toured county elementary schools last season and which will be reprised in Bayview Park in April.
