Summary


Up to 10 vacation days may be carried over to the next year. * UWCI allows eligible employees to take up to 12 weeks of unpaid job-protected leave during a rolling 12-month period for the birth of a child or the placement of a child with the employee for adoption or foster care; a serious health condition that makes an employee unable to perform essential job functions; or a serious condition affecting the spouse, child or parent of a care-giving employee. * Under normal circumstances, up to six weeks paid time off is allowed for maternity leave for childbirth and adoptions. * Spouses are entitled to three days off with pay within one week of a child's birth. * Employees are eligible for group medical insurance coverage on the first of the month following completion of 30 days of service.
