That's how church is supposed to make you feel. If your church doesn't make you feel that way, at least half the time, then you're in the wrong church. But that's just my opinion.

Now, some of you may be thinking that you don't feel like watching a religious movie. I wouldn't call this a religious movie. It's half Tyler Perry, half great comedy. Just like Tyler Perry's films, the God element is there, but it doesn't overshadow the plot.

Evan Almighty is a Christian's movie. It is also a non-Christian's movie. You don't have to be a devout anything to enjoy this movie, but you will come away from the theater gaining a little enlightenment, and you'll be a few pounds lighter from laughing so hard.
