Summary
When I looked at the list of things the guy wanted to accomplish, I saw things like "increase traffic by 10 percent" and "reach a 17 percent closing ratio" and even "install a guest registry." More items of that nature appeared below on this very long and inspiring list of goals. But that's all they were - goals, and based on those goals, the dealer was ready to hire the guy.
