Employers must value the human dimension of their business by doing their responsibility to their employees. Management must make employees feel important to the company by treating them fairly and with dignity. One way to demonstrate this is by communicating with all levels of the organization as well as sharing information and seeking input from the employees. Since employees are the source of productivity, without their loyalty to the company optimal productivity cannot be attained and customers cannot be served well.
