After testing various models of 1911 pistols, including those by other major 1911 makers, the Boston Police Department's Entry and Apprehension Team selected the new Revolution 1911-style pistol, chambered in .45ACP from SIGARMS. Thomas Lee, deputy superintendent and commander of special operations of the Boston Police Department, says that he is grateful for the extraordinary efforts SIGARMS has undertaken to make sure their entry team officers get the exact weapon they desire, and they look forward to their new partnership with SIGARMS.
