To succeed in the highly competitive world of today, business firms must be focused on the enhancement of 360 degrees management and a commitment to organizational leadership team development. This article focuses on the case of InfoTech Inc. A focus on management style can be a very important focus of this development. The key perspective of management style herein described and analyzed is developed on the foundation of two major dimensions: assertiveness and responsiveness. On the basis of those dimensions, the descriptive analysis focuses on four primary management styles: Analyzer, Director, Expresser and Relater. Use of this paradigm enables managers to have a point of reference whereby improved interactions can be achieved, communications enhanced, backup management styles that occur due to high levels of stress dealt with, and effective style flex enhanced as a very important tool in management dynamics. Management style can therefore be a very important reference point in the process of leadership team development.

Effective 360° Management Enhancement: The Role of Style in Developing a Leadership Team
Introduction
In the contemporary arena of effective organizational management, success depends upon much more than a historically vertical downward orientation. The successful leadership team of today must operate out of a 360° paradigm of interest and involvement, vertically up and down, as well as horizontally across, the organizational compass (Schermerhorn, Hunt and Osborn, 2005). To unbundle this perspective, it basically means that a firm's successful leadership team requires individuals to not only possess expertise in their primary functional area of operations (e.g., accounting, finance, human resources, logistics, marketing, production, and research and development), but also possess a knowledge of how that particular functional area must interact with other functional areas, including top management, in order for the firm to achieve the desired levels of growth and development.
