Then, the one thing I hadn't counted on happened. I discovered I really liked driving the 'Vette. It was something I didn't really understand because the 1981 C3 Corvette wasn't much to write home about. It was smogged to death, detuned to 190 horsepower and didn't always want to go where it was pointed. Nevertheless, I really liked driving it ... probably because I was almost always the only one in it while it was being driven.

Driving Your Business Card

That's where I spent my days. That's where my parents could be found 12 hours a day, six days a week.
