Summary
In your consideration on whether or not to renew BSO service contract, I am forwarding you a burning image of a BSO officer placing his knee on a female student's neck at the Blanche Ely High School. This to me is a direct violation of her human rights and civil rights which I will be calling on leaders such as Rev. Al Sharp ton, Department of Justice and the Department of Human/Civil Rights around the country ta jera me m eradicating the mistreatment of students being mistreated and arrested by BSO in neighborhood high schools.
