Summary


At first, it seems inconceivable that [Danny Boyle] could be the director behind Millions, a family film about an adorable youngster who finds a load of money and aches to give it all away to the less fortunate. After all, Boyle is the man behind gritty, jarring, sometimes amphetamine-paced fare like the extremely dark Shallow Grave, where double-crossing roommates plot against each other for a suitcase filled with cash, and Trainspotting, a hyperkinetic film about heroin addicts. Oh yeah, Boyle was also at the helm for 2003's 28 Days Later, a horror film about diseased zombies taking over London.
