Fortunately, when the General Assembly decided to disarm consumers, they did not take away my office's ability to fight for them - and that is exactly what we intend to, do. We will use the power we still have under the CSPA to stop fraud, to expose scams, and to use both the criminal and civil justice systems to hold those who prey on Ohioans accountable for their actions.
