In startling new revelations that have White House officials scrambling to do 'damage control,' [Dick Clarke], President George W. Bush's former anti-terrorism chief has just released a new book entitled: "Against All Enemies" that offers a scathing critique of the president's handling of the war on terrorism.

Discussing the book with Lesley Stahl of "60 Minutes" Clarke said, "I find it outrageous that the president is running for re-election on the grounds that he's done such great things about terrorism. He ignored it. He ignored terrorism for months, when maybe we could have done something to stop 9/11."

Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld: Is said to have wanted to bomb Iraq on September 12th, a day after the World Trade Center bombings. Rumsfeld is alleged to have observed that there "weren't any good bombing targets in Afghanistan, but plenty of targets in Iraq." "At first I thought Rumsfeld was joking, but he was serious."
