TO THE EDITOR:
As I was listening to Gov. Ed Rendell talk about his proposed tax increase, I heard him compare it to a family needing more income, so they go out and try to earn more by working more hours or getting part-time jobs. I've also read how the Republicans want to cut programs that benefit Pennsylvanians. Both groups say state residents need to sacrifice one way or another.See the full content of this document
