Local contractor Olympic has teamed with local firm CTA Architects Engineers for the work. Since the GSA doesn't have enough staffers to have people on site every day, CTA and Olympic ended up with a $4.5 million contract to do some of that work, said CTA managing partner Jim Wertman.
