Roxbury Councilor Chuck Turner, who along with colleague Charles Yancey has led the council's investigation into the allegations at Harbor Point, raised the ire of Feeney and other councilors last week when he introduced a resolution calling for Boston Police's Youth Violence Strike Force to report back to the Human Rights Committee on the strike force's investigation of the harassment allegations."I don't understand why this [resolution] is offensive to anyone," said [Felix Arroyo].
