Photographs showing deplorable conditions at the city-operated Animal Control Shelter will be presented to Mayor Jonathan Weinzapfel today when he meets with representatives of the Vanderburgh Humane Society.
The meeting will take place nearly two weeks after 49 dogs and 45 cats at the shelter had to be euthanized. Some were euthanized because of poor health or to reduce the animal population.See the full content of this document
