Although [Eric Glazer] writes the purpose of his letter isn't to threaten [Harry Murphy, Jr.], he proceeds to threaten him with a slander suit. "Harry, the purpose of this letter is not to threaten you with a lawsuit or in any way to intimidate you. I know that you do not get intimidated. The purpose of this letter is to advise you that the individual Board members do not take kindly to your accusations...If you do not take my advice in this regard, I can assure you that this Board of Directors will not sit on their hands and will take whatever legal action against you they deem necessary. Hopefully this will be unnecessary."

In April, the new management company chose by the new board, Consolidated Community Management, Inc. (CCM), also wrote Murphy, accusing him of harassing residents, "both verbally and personally." They write that the police were contacted to investigate Murphy's behavior and they too threatened legal action.

A "concerned neighbor" wrote on November 9th that she needed to address the gossip she's heard. The neighbor accuses other residents of having secret meetings to recall the current board and urges them to look at the core of the problem. "Years of improper management coupled by shady business deals," inadequate maintenance fees and residents who aren't paying the maintenance fee.
