Toledo Scale Corp.'s electronic scales
The electronic scales fabricated at Toledo Corp.'s assembly plant in Spartanburg, SC, are provided with stainless steel shear beams with concentric blind bores. The beams, called counterforces, are produced by Toledo Scale using several VMCV-5B computer numerical control vertical machining centers and Renishaw MP9 spindle-mounted, touch-trigger probes.
