Class Act

Summary

BUILT TO look like an early 1900s European design, TD cars are anything but antique. They may look old-fashioned, but they pack enough punch to give any other modern sports car a run for its money. However, not everybody can own such a car, for it takes the touch of an artist and the heart of an adventurer to hold on to one.

Formerly an Australian company, TD 2000 Propriety Limited was bought over by Edward Teo in 1998 and renamed TD Cars (M) Sdn Bhd. The company acquired the rights, intellectual property and trademark associated with the production of TD 2000, with the designs now being crafted in Malaysia. Operating in a very niche market, the company has established dealerships in 14 different countries, including Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, India, United Arab Emirates, Taiwan, Brunei and Singapore.
