Cheers for the decision of the Arts Council of Southwestern Indiana to finally have a presence on Main Street in Downtown Evansville with a state of the art gallery, store and arts information center. The council is planning to move from the Courts Building to Innovation Pointe in the former Centrum Building on Main.
