Schools Chancellor [JOEL I. KLEIN] on Wednesday, announced that he and other members of the Department of Education's (DOE's) Senior Leadership Team will attend Community Education Council (CEC) meetings citywide during the next several weeks to answer questions and solicit parental input about the Children First reforms announced last month. Chancellor Klein has also convened community roundtables in each of the five boroughs to meet with community- and faith-based organization leaders about the new reforms.
