In the final development agreement, the parties agreed that delivery hours for large trucks, in order to reduce noise levels to the nearby residential area, would be set daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Smaller trucks delivering fresh produce and bakery products would be permitted from 5 a.m. to 7 a.m. To further reduce noise levels, the early-morning delivery trucks will be required to make deliveries to the south side of the building, which is the farthest area away from the nearest residences.
