Service, Listening and Getting Customers Involved Are Keys To A Solid Customer Base.

For several years I traded at the same pro shop. No matter what I needed, whether it was ammunition, gun repair, new serving on a bowstring, arrows, or just conversation, I always went to see my good friend John.

But about two years ago, I stopped Doing to John's shop. He didn't do anything to offend me, nor did he raise his prices. What he did was stop carrying archery equipment.
