Offering the promise of lower churn and higher profitability, bundles have found their way into mainstream marketing efforts at telcos large and small. In a recent NTCA survey conducted by Pivot Group, a marketing and research group based in Forest Grove, Ore., 79% of the respondents reported that they are offering at least one type of bundle.
