For some of us, feelings of anxiety hit during the holiday season. With the new year approaching, we tend to think about the past and look to try something new: a new job, a new car or a new romance. Making resolutions takes little effort, but after family and friends have gone home and you've taken down the holiday decorations, you're still left with the same old you. It's then that we sometimes realize that we make promises to ourselves without taking a serious look at how to fulfill them.
