Summary
At the Board of Trustees meeting this past May in Bismarck ND, members made some big decisions that will affect National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) in the coming year. After a productive weekend, several new objectives were passed that will not only help NRPA grow into a better association, but will also help highlight recreation as an issue that the country as a whole should care about. The goals and objectives were created by the National Forum in February, then refined by the NRPA staff, and finally revised and approved by the Board.
