1. With every first-time customer, always try to "schedule" your car deliveries. This allows you to set aside time to resell the service, acquaint the customer with your people, answer questions, etc. If they say they plan on coming in around 5:45, say "Terrific Mr. Warfield. Fd like to be able to spend a few minutes with you so I can answer any questions you might have, so I'll schedule you in for 5:45."
