Glasgow headquartered credit management specialist BCW Group Plc has announced the sale of its International Outsourcing Division in a management buy-out backed by finance from venture capitalist Sovereign Capital. BCW Group will use the proceeds of the sale to speed up expansion of its credit management arm through acquisitions, creating 150 Scottish jobs over the next two years, as well as 100 at its Stratford-upon-Avon center. This marks only the latest milestone for the company as it looks forward to further acquisitions, and job creation at its Glasgow, Stratford and Dublin centers.
