Look for slower traffic on the Lloyd Expressway across the East Side. Orange barrels went out Monday and will be used to block a lane in each direction while crews refurbish concrete barrier walls.
The $172,000 project will affect the Lloyd from U.S. 41 to Stockwell Road. Work will take up to 40 working days to complete, according to Richard Thomas, operations support engineer with the Indiana Department of Transportation's Vincennes District office.See the full content of this document
