In a monthly performance report for January, Arizona Capitol Police indicated that police reports and arrests are down at the Capitol compared to January 2008.
The number of alcohol violation reports written was down about 50 percent compared to January last year, decreasing from 32 in January 2008 to 15 in January 2009; drug- and substance abuse-related offenses dropped about 78 percent from 23 in January 2008 to only 5 in January 2009.See the full content of this document
