DMAPZ, Inc., d/b/a Roadhouse Ruby's, Respondent, and Treasurer of the State of Missouri as Custodian of the Second Injury Fund, Appellant, the Missouri State Treasurer as custodian of the Second Injury Fund appealed a decision from the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission.
