VIRGINIA BEACH - After 100 years of gracious living, Estelle Pressley Turner's life on earth came to a close Dec. 12, 2008.
Known as "Nana" to her loved ones, Estelle was born Feb. 4, 1908, in Asheville, N.C., to Ethel M. Pressley and Erwin F. Pressley. She spent her earlier years with her parents, brothers and sisters in Biltmore, N.C. For a short time after high school, she attended Moody Bible College.
