PORTSMOUTH - In the wee hours of Jan. 29, 2006, at Maryview Medical Center, God called His servant, Maggie L. Passmore from labor to reward. Maggie, a former member of St. Mark Deliverance Center, was the daughter of the late Sarah Cherry Riddick and Burden R. Gatling Sr. She was predeceased by her son, Anthony Passmore and brother, B.R. "Junior" Gatling.
Maggie leaves to mourn her passing her children, Derline F. Thomas of Woodbridge, Va., Howard K. Joyner (Cynthia) of Burke, Va., Darryl T. Passmore and Marcus T. Passmore of Portsmouth. She will be sorely missed by her 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; three sisters, Margarette Shepard and Dorothy Johnson of Portsmouth and Beaulah Ballard of North Carolina; brother, Rudolph Gatling; and aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.See the full content of this document
