Jerry May Tyler, 58, of the 1200 block of White Birch Lane, died Feb. 1, 2004, in Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital. A na- tive of Virginia, she was em- ployed by Sentara for 31 years as a dietary supervisor. She had formerly attended Union Kempsville High School.
Survivors include two sons, Chad Johnson (Lana) and Joseph H. Tyler; mother, Dorothy Johnson; three sisters, Ella Whitaker, Diane Hardy and Kathleen Palmer Harrison; three brothers, John Johnson, Kenneth Johnson and Spencer Palmer; six grandchildren, Tony Etheridge, Chad Jr. Johnson, Tyfani Mason, Shykyla Mason, Charlton Pitter and Deniqe Pitter; an aunt, Emma Grimstead; and a score of other relatives and beloved friends.See the full content of this document
