She was born in Hamlet, N.C., and was a retired registered nurse and housewife. Fannie Johnson was member of Saint Mary Catholic Church of Norfolk. She graduated from Monroe Avenue High School, North Carolina, and received her nursing degree from Lincoln Institute School of Nursing. Fannie enjoyed watching "Court TV" and game shows.
Fannie was good at mothering which drew many of her nephews, nieces and grandchildren to her. She was a good listener. Fannie loved the Lord and sat aside time each day for personal prayer.See the full content of this document
