'MONSTERS VS. ALIENS' Blu-ray widescreen and DVD widescreen, 2009, PG for sci-fi action, some crude humor and mild language
Is Trey Songz gunning for R. Kelly's sex-ballads demeanor? Seems like it with overtly suggestive titles like "I Invented Sex" and "Panty Droppa (Intro)," but "Ready" pales in comparison to Kelly's work. The Petersburg-raised military brat delivers steamy R&B that's far less aggressive than the titles imply. With executive producers Troy Taylor, Johnta Austin and Delante Murphy at the helm, the R&B artist delivers a solid 17-track project with only a few blunders.
