NEWPORT NEWS - Lou Ann Wood passed away on Monday, Sept. 25, 2006, at Waukesha Memorial Hospital in Waukesha, Wis. She was 50 years old. Lou was born in Norwalk, Calif., Sept. 22, 1956. She loved to travel, especially to Atlantic City.
VIRGINIA BEACH - Hilda Seale Gibbert, known by her friends as the "Queen of Windom" died with her family around her Sept. 20, 2006, in Virginia Beach. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Susan Seale of Bridgetown, Barbados and her beloved husband, Paul Gibbert. NORFOLK - Milton P. "Candy" Mason, 63, of the 2300 block of Harrell Ave., passed away Sept. 25, 2006. He was born Feb. 9, 1943, to the late Alberta Knox Mason and Walter Eugene Mason in Norfolk.
